Synergy Square 1 is a 150-acre campus which houses an incubation centre and multi-tenanted laboratory buildings. Built-to-suit options are also available, suitable for companies involved in clean manufacturing, R&D and warehousing.

MN Park manages the common infrastructure, landscaping, water utilities and treatment plants of resident companies of Synergy Square 2, like Vimta Labs, Sami Labs, ISSAR, Hylasco, AMRI, Genotex and Biomax.

With an area of approximately 34,500 SF, MN iHub is a first of its kind Bio Technology Incubation Centre, designed, constructed and operated specifically for emerging and mid-scale life sciences driven companies, in order to accelerate the commercialization of new technologies; nurture and mentor emerging ventures; and assist new enterprises to forge appropriate linkages with other biotech companies, academia and governments.

MN iHub is built and maintained on a PPP model and offers best-in-class, plug-and-play, modal laboratory suites, business centres and office spaces, supported by a wide range of shared scientific and testing equipment, an analytical and instrumentation laboratory and support services that are accessible to tenant companies without making any substantial upfront investment.
